Spectrum Reach currently seeks a Helpdesk Specialist for our Media Sales Department. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Resolve submitted helpdesk ticket and work requests
  • Perform basic desktop and laptop configuration and troubleshooting
  • Install print server cues
  • Install desktop software and full imaging of software
  • Configure and deploy desktop and laptop workstations
  • Collaborate with corporate support on issues that are not resolved locally
  • Set up accounts as needed for users
  • Review, test and deploy software patches
  • Test and certify vendor patches
  • Build approved images as required by corporate standards

Job Requirements:
  • ​Knowledge of the technical equipment required for ad insertion
  • Possess communication application expertise
  • Maintain high level of support to internal & external customers
  • Knowledge of all Windows applications
  • Good verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work under deadline pressures

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related area preferred.
