We are looking for a detail oriented person to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by making outgoing calls to customers, and provide support for in-bound customer calls, text messages, & emails for products and services offered through the dealership.

Essential Duties:
• Provide effective solutions to customer needs in a timely manner using mechanical technical knowledge and in-house Parts Look-ups via telephone, e-mail, text and other
communication methods.
• Meet requirements for call center metrics (# of calls, problem resolution, etc.)
• Maintains call center database by entering and verifying information; updating contact log.
• May serve as an internal resource for dealership employees to assist in providing customers with timely and
accurate information.
• Familiar with use of various modes of technology to communicate with both internal and external customers.
This includes phone, email, text and chat.
• Take responsibility to ensure customer interactions always result in an effective and timely solution.
• Receive Incoming and make outgoing calls in support of dealership and department initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing training to continually develop technical knowledge and skill sets.
• Develop and deliver training to customers and employees during off-season periods.
• Assist with Strategic Projects in offseason (Inventory, Showrooms, etc.).
• Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignment Develop and Manager.
• Assist in the growth and development of the Parts Customer Support Call Center.
• May be asked to assist with technology based customer support initiatives.
• Flexible work hours (Seasonal Hours/Saturdays).
• Perform other duties assigned.

Requirements

Job Requirements
* High School diploma or equivalent experience.
* 3 years Ag/Turf Parts industry knowledge REQUIRED.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Patience is very important.
* Must be polite and professional in handling customers and calmly resolving issues.
* Ability to problem solve by using all available resources (i.e., Parts Expert, Parts Advisor, JDPoint, DTAC, Washington Tractor Parts Search, Service Admin. Portal).
* Ability to use computer software such as Business Systems and Internet Applications.
* Intermediate Data entry/keyboarding skills.
* Proficient oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Working Conditions:
Frequently work is usually performed inside of a call center sitting for long periods of time. Frequently use fine motor skills to type, and must be able to view and locate parts on-screen very quickly.

Physical Effort:
Frequently sit for long hours, concentrate on data, detail, screen viewing, typing, use of computers and office equipment with fine motor skills. Ability to lift up-to 20 pounds unassisted and up to 75 pounds assisted.

Travel Requirement:
Infrequent travel for training out of state.
Occasional travel in-state for meetings or training.
