Famous authentic Japanese ramen restaurant. We are currently seeking experienced ramen chef and servers to join our team at our location in Whittier, CA!
1. Ramen Chef: Applicants must have previous experience as a Japanese Ramen Cook / Chef or has cooking experience in Japanese Cuisine!
Responsibilities:
• Preparing and cooking delicious ramen and appetizers for the customer
• Making sure food is of the right quality and produced on time
• Managing stocks of food
• Managing health and hygiene procedures
• Developing menu for the restaurant
• Minimum 1-2 years of ramen cooking experience or 3 years of Japanese food cooking experience
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
• Great leadership and cooking skills
• Ability to work in the fast-paced environment
• High standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene
• Must have excellent stamina and ability to cope with a hot and busy kitchen
• Ability to deal calmly with unexpected situations
• Having superior culinary, food production and high standards of excellence
