Local Landmark Fast Casual Café/Catering/Market is looking for great candidates to join our family - employee team at our new Durham location.
With more than 40 years in business, our established restaurant prides itself on creating a unique environment of authentic Mediterranean & Lebanese cuisine, top notch guest service, and providing the cleanest family environment to our guests. Also, we have received numerous well-known restaurant recognitions and awards including The Trip Advisor Excellence Award 2016, Best Mediterranean Restaurant Maggy Awards Cary Magazine 2016, Toast to the Triangle Best Entrée and Best Visual Display 2016.
Job duties include:
-Ensure 100% guest satisfaction in food quality and service
- Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
- Achieve company objectives in service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation & cleanliness creating a positive, productive working environment.
- Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs..
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while having some fun!
