About this job

Part-time position to support accounting staff. Must have proof of certification, a minumum of 5 years experience in a bookkeeping/accounting/payroll position requiring job costing, reconciliations and strong organizational and communication skills. Must be able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with accuracy while providing excellent customer support.  Must be a demonstrated team-player who can work without supervision.

QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification and experience with DCAA compliant accounting a plus.  Proficiency in using Excel,Word, QuickBooks software is required.

Three current references and a background check are required.

5 years relevant work experience with AA in Accounting and passing a short test can substitute for certification.

Possibility of full-time position and advancement.  Competitive salary and 401k.
