About this job
The primary purpose of the Kitchen Prep Clerk is to assist in the preparation of all menu items, displaying all dishes, packing out fresh prepared products, pricing housekeeping, and merchandising product.
- Previous experience working in a kitchen is preferred but will train the right candidate
- Must be able to follow written and verbal direction
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must be able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs. or more routinely
- Must be able to stand while walking for entire shift
- Compensation is based on previous experience in a kitchen enviornment
