Just Love Coffee is looking for baristas at its Nashville and Brentwood location. Just Love Coffee is an award-winning local roaster serving up some of the best coffee in town. We geek out for coffee and have a unique and fun environment. The Brentwood location is rapidly becoming the top coffee shop in Brentwood.
Looking for experienced Baristas who can work at least one weekend shift and are reliable with excellent customer service skills. We're growing and we're recruiting baristas at our locations, looking for people who can be flexible and work at more than one location. We'll be promoting managers from within - there is good advancement opportunity.
Just Love was founded as a non-profit roaster in 2009 to help raise money for adoptions. It quickly grew into a popular cause-based company that supports local charities and takes its coffee seriously. We use Lamarzoco espresso machines, mod-bar hand brewers, and Malkoing Peak grinders to grind and extract our single origin Sidamo espresso. We hand brew all of our 14 locally roasted beans.
