JOB SUMMARY: TheAVP, Account Management is responsible for the day to day oversight of theAccount Management department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Oversee Account Management Directors, Managers andSpecialists.

* Meet or exceed monthly metrics goals, as set by VP.

* Maintain customer relationships and participate in highlevel customer meetings.

* Oversee assigned account P&L reporting.

* Work with Account Directors and Managers to drive volumegrowth and margin enhancement.

* Ensure Account Management team is communicating to ourcustomers proactively, professionally and strategically.

* Interact with customer and Sales to identify growthopportunities.

* Collaborate with Customer Solutions to ensure accurate andcomplete on-boarding of new clients and lanes, including the appropriateassignment of an Account Management team.

* Drive service enhancement by working with operationalmanagement and our rail partners.

* Duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned orchanged from time to time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor'sdegree is preferred but not required.

* Fiveor more years of operations and management experience, preferably in theintermodal sector, is preferred but not required.

* Excellentoral communication, written communication and organizational skills, attentionto detail, as well as proven analytical ability.

* Mustpossess leadership skills and have the ability to communicate effectively withall levels of personnel, customers and vendors.

* Basicknowledge of accounting procedures preferred but not required.

* Proficiencywith MS Office software.

* Occasionaltravel will be required.

* Ability to managemultiple priorities as well as flexibility to adapt to change with new systemsand methods while working in a team environment.
