About this job

JOB PURPOSE:
Prospect, propose, present, and close business to business sales within the wireless industry. Create and maintain business relationships within the community and also provide continuous training and knowledge updates to local retail locations. Responsible to achieve targeted sales, training, and market visit metrics and quotas.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
1. Build on-going business relationships within assigned market
2. Acquire new business accounts in assigned market
3. Generate new business through travel, via telephone, networking, marketing campaigns, and other lead sources
4. Schedule and deliver sales presentations to prospective new customers
5. Partner with retail store manager to facilitate in-store meetings and training with associates to provide updates, promotions, and new knowledge on business accounts
6. Negotiate sales contracts and renewals
7. Maintain a sales funnel and breakdown by retail store/location in the assigned market
8. Create and prepare reports in accordance with metrics and performance
9. Complete timely and accurate documentation of contracts, agreements, forms, and email communication
10. Greet incoming customers; establishing the customer experience culture with associates
11. Perform as the sales consultant to determine solutions and options for customers based on personal or business wants and needs
12. Supports the store and company culture and mission to develop store associates
13. Adhere to company policies by ensuring accuracy, completion, and security with all sales and operational paperwork
14. Additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or (5) five years of sales related experience
2. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
3. Must be professional, organized, reliable
4. Flexible schedule of availability to allow for appointments outside of traditional hours
5. Strong time management skills
6. Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak the English language
7. Basic mathematical skills; ability to use a calculator
8. Ability to use and operate basic functions of a computer including Microsoft office
9. Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
10. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
