Health Care Facility Manager
Summary of Duties:
Provides management to departmental staff. Responsible for overseeing various functions of the health centers’ operations. Responsible for ensuring efficient patient flow by working through the Supervisor to coordinate the front and back office and ancillary services throughout the health center. Responsible for ongoing communication with the housekeeping and landscaping contractor. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Possesses advanced general skills, including written and verbal communications skills, computational and computer skills, and mathematical knowledge frequently acquired through completion of a general Bachelor’s Degree program or Associate’s degree with acquired business experience; with preference in health care. Performance of job duties and responsibilities requires the equivalent of polished general or technical skills, acquired with or without a specific major or trade; with preference in health care. Employees must have a thorough understanding of the theory of the profession in order to determine “why” things are done. Ability to perform more complex documents in Microsoft Office products.
Salary:
53K to 65K D.O.E.
