This is an experienced position responsible for functions related to: answering telephones, daily paperwork generated by Plant Operations, general filing, taking orders, and data entry (e.g. molasses sample brix analysis, fat & oils sample analysis).

Client in the Visalia/Tulare area is searching for a new team member. Must have the following experience:
Overview:
This is an experienced position responsible for functions related to: answering telephones, daily paperwork generated by Plant Operations, general filing, taking orders, and data entry (e.g. molasses sample brix analysis, fat & oils sample analysis).
Responsibilities:
- Process all blends and product transfers.
- Scan all shipping and incoming truckloads paperwork to JBS.
- Input daily inbound loads, transfers and blends for JBS.
- Report monthly tonnage reports for Company.
- Report daily tonnage reports for JBS.
- Provide customer support for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Monitor various clients in-house laboratory reports.
- File all Clientele laboratory analysis.
- Create Bill of Lading for client shipments.
- Monitor all receiving and inventory of Clientele products.
- Provide back-up for operations control for the fat blending and loadout mixing system.
- Perform molasses Brix analysis on all samples.
- File analytical reports and alert Manager of material found out of specification.
- Perform fats & oils sample analysis.
- File analytical reports and alert Manager of material found out of specification.
- Available for overtime work on a scheduled or call-in basis as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager/supervisor.
- A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 10 years’ related experience preferred.
- Experience working with fats, oils, and molasses.
Pay: $17-18/HR DOE
Shift: Days
