Weed Man Lawn Care is hiring Marketing Team Members. In this position you will canvass local neighborhoods generating lawn care service leads. The position requires going door-to-door telling homeowners about our growing business, providing them with informational handouts, and offering them free lawn care estimates. No sales are involved! You are the friendly first impression that will lead to future Weed Man clients!
This is a great position for motivated individuals who want to determine their own success. You must be at least 16 years old to apply. Job hours are evenings Monday - Friday from 4:00 PM - 8:15 PM part time and 11:00 am-7:00 full time. We often work Saturday mornings too if needed.

Requirements
We canvass in local neighborhoods including Appleton, Green Bay & Oshkosh. From the office, we travel to respective neighborhoods in teams. Weed Man has a fun & competitive team environment.
You must be able to walk for 4 hours if part time and 8 hours if full time each night in fast changing weather conditions including snow, wind, and cold.
A Marketing Supervisor will accompany each team of Marketing Representatives providing coaching, guidance, and transportation. We will help you succeed!
Responsibilities and Duties
- Effective communication with homeowners door to door
- Generate lawn care leads and submit leads using tablets
- Hand out promotional materials as required

- Previous customer service / sales experience is an asset but is not required
