Restaurant Marketing Staff - Full-time / Part-time

Expectations 

What unique responsibilities does this individual perform? 

• Community (maintaining current relationships and initiating new opportunities)
• Fundraising: Calendar Sales and Cookie Sales
• Organize and schedule all Family Nights 
• Concessions and 3rd Party Sales 
• Organize and oversee Catering 
• Work with “Catering Team” to grow outside sales 
• Business partner relationships with schools 
• Business of the Week 
• Food distribution 
• Donation requests 
• Oversee placement and stewardship of marketing materials in the community (banners, signs, etc.) 
• Stewardship of cows off site 
• Off-site events (Planning, decorating, execution, leading, tracking results, etc.) 
• Working with anyone who wants to have Chick-fil-A off our property 
• Identifying, recording, and communicating any community events that we should be at (little league tournaments, community runs, etc.) or that will impact our normal business (sporting events, spring breaks, etc.) 
• Mastering and modeling all behaviors and expectations in department
