About this job
To coordinate and deliver successful results on all assigned move projects, minor furniture reconfiguration and new product installations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Schedule packing/ delivery dates
- Obtain the packing list and performance report
- Contact the customer to check on the customs documents and check for any issues or feedback the customer may have
- Obtaining routing details, ETD and ETA for both SEA and AIR shipments
- Keep in touch with the customer to ensure they are happy with our services at all times and solve any problems that may come along
- Monitoring the shipment until delivery
- Obtain signed delivery documents and performance reports once delivery is finished
Qualifications and Skills
- English is Required
- International Move Experience or General Cargo experience
- Needs to have some Skills in International Transportation
