Job duties
- Help assist customers in resolving their past due cable television service accounts.
- Negotiating payment arrangements on past due amounts.
- Preserve/enhance our client’s reputation by maintaining high customer service and empathetic focus to our collection approach
- Follow established CMI policies, procedures, and training guidelines.
- Meet call center goals and productivity standards
- Establish payment arrangements with a sense of urgency and set deadlines
- Serve as an active member of the team contributing to a positive work environment
- Preserve confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Assist in special projects as requested
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Drug test and clean background required
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to type at least 25 words per minute
- Some negotiation and listening skills
- Results-oriented
- Genuine desire to learn and succeed
- Proficient on the computer
- Bilingual a Plus
- Strong work ethic and excellent attendance record
