Improveit! is an award-winning, locally-owned home remodeling leader with 29 successful years in business. We’ve recently expanded our operations to meet the growing demand for our products and are looking for another motivated individual to join our team.

Who We Are Seeking:

We are looking for a confident, upbeat and well-spoken candidate who wants to learn our proven marketing approach and have the potential to grow into one of our top Event Marketing Team Leaders or Managers, if desired.

No event marketing experience? NO PROBLEM . We will teach you everything you need to know. Full training is provided.

This position offers a variety of part-time day, evening and weekend schedules. Everyone from college students to moms to retirees love it here! This job helps them make ends meet, get out of debt, finally afford the things they’ve been pining for, and even send the kids to college.

Brand Ambassador Key Responsibilities:

Brand Ambassadors are the face and brand of our Company. Your ability to build rapport and engage in positive conversations with the public must be rock-solid.

In your role as an Brand Ambassador, you will:

• Break the ice and build rapport with customers at a variety of events and retail locations
• Set appointments for in-home consultations
• Provide information on Improveit products/services
• Uncover customer needs
• Play a leading role in presenting a positive company image
