Tasks and Responsibilities: At eBay Kleinanzeigen we are continuously investing into the growth and development of our real estate vertical ( >40 Million monthly visits). Since launch of our commercial real estate offering (https://themen.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de/immobilienmakler/ in 2015 over 5,000 professional real estate agents decided to use "the alternative" to market their real estate listings via our platform. After our very successful starting phase, we are now heading into a focus-phase of optimization. As part of the Commercial Team, you will be responsible for developing, creating and communicating an appropriate image of eBay Kleinanzeigen as powerful marketing channel for commercial real estate customers. One part of this role is to function as a Go-To-Market Manager - you own all our sales supporting measures and our messaging across all business customer touch points (e.g. landingpages, events, advertisement in diverse channels, sales-presentations,...). You will also develop and nourish our relationships with external strategic partners & associations. Internally you work in cross-functional teams in an agile environment with teammates from Business Development, our internal and external sales teams, marketing, product, customer service and analytics. Business Development Develop, maintain and steer existing and new relationships with strategic partners (e.g. industry associations) Create deep understanding of the German Real Estate Market (Market Research, competition benchnmarking, Customer insights, ...) Sales-Development, Product & Commercial-Marketing: Embodying the single source of truth of our Go-To-Market approach for our professional real estate customers / ownership of POS measures (landingpages, events, advertisement in diverse channels, sales-presentations,...) together with our marketing team Development and implementation of new compelling data-based stories and measures that make the lives of our Sales Teams (external & internal) easier Support Sales in the analysis and definition of lead potentials to derive strong performing sales campaigns across various customer types Your skill profile: 1+ years of experience in business development, commercial sales and marketing or similar roles You know the ingredients of compelling sales stories for professional customers; you are able to process those into a messaging toolset of measures for sales and marketing activities that have high impact Strong customer focus & empathy You know the requirements of sales agents (phone & field sales) towards instruments that support their daily sales business You are open-minded and can effectively communicate with different stakeholders You are a self-driven, creative, solution-orientated and passionate person who loves working in diverse teams bringing positive and collaborative energy to the every-day jobs You think analytically & structured Native German language skills and good English language skills What do we offer?
