Captain’s Galley is a well-established Breakfast and Lunch restaurant located in Downtown Fort. Pierce.
Our restaurant is seeking a Line/Prep Cook who is energetic, experienced, a team player and dependable to work a fast paced *breakfast and lunch service.*
The Line Cook will be responsible for setting up and stocking stations, food prep, insuring food will come out simultaneously and in high quality, and breaking down his/her stations at end of shift.
Ideal candidate should be able to work weekends and with a sense of urgency.
Opened: Monday-Sunday
Business Hours: Mon-Sat (7am-2pm) Sunday (7am-12:30pm)
This position requires at least 3 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
