• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Start your career path as a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative by helping customers consolidate their trips to the pharmacy. Once licensed, promote to a Pharmacy Tech Trainee where you will assist customers with processing prescription refills, providing status updates on prescription refills, and will provide pharmacy location assistance as needed.

Minimum requirements to promote:

• Concentrix will pay for YOU to obtain your Pharmacy Technician Trainee license!
• Must possess current and active/open Pharmacy Technician Trainee License from the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy
• Must possess current/active fingerprint clearance card

Pay will be$12.25/hour once you promote!

PLUS, you can earn monthly performance incentives!

Environment, Physical & Other Requirements:

Ability to perform light hand activity work at a computer/telephone station in an office environment. Position is primarily sedentary. May stretch or stand at workstation for short periods at employee's option, as long as such activity does not detract from the employee's work, or interfere with other employees.
