DWSS Travel & Expense Management oversees the commercial card programs and expense reimbursement process for The Walt Disney Company. The organization supports all segments of the enterprise (domestic and international) such as Consumer Products, Corporate, Disney Interactive, Media, ESPN, Parks & Resorts, and Studios. Key responsibilities include: administering the T&E and Procurement Card policies globally; reimbursing employees business travel related expenses within Concur; auditing expense reports to ensure compliance to policy; reducing financial risk through personal use and fraud detection; governing business process improvements within Concur; and negotiating commercial card contracts and managing the bank issuer relationships.
The goals of Travel & Expense Management are to ensure transactions are processed timely and accurately, reduce fraud and financial risk, improve compliance and create value, improve overall T&E user experience, provide excellent customer service, continuous process improvement and promote cast development and professional growth.

Responsibilities
- Manage the team to ensure T&E Management operational objectives and efficiencies are met and deliver customer service for T&E end-users worldwide (approx. 45K).
- Closely monitor the T&E and P-Card processes to ensure timely completion and swift resolution of issues.
- Manage the vendor relationships provided by Concur Expense (user support and audit) and Citi (card services) to meet service level agreements.
- Work closely with partners and business unit stakeholders to ensure processes are incorporating business changes.
- Prepare complex analyses and business cases and manage approved projects to implement continuous process improvements and compliance initiatives.
- Review and maintain T&E and P-Card Policies and procedures.
- Work with travel partners to ensure central travel accounts are reconciled and monthly postings and payments are made.
- Plan and perform ad hoc projects as needed.
- Motivate and develop teams by assessing strengths and weaknesses, providing appropriate developmental opportunities, and implementing successful hiring and retention practices
