Job Responsibilities
Only Natural Pet is looking for a project administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented person with outstanding project management skills and the ability to multitask. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with various internal and external groups.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing regulatory projects related to the brand, including state registrations, permits, etc.
- Managing packaging inventory tracking and ordering
- Regularly reviewing & maintaining accurate brand details on all sales channels
- Owning all new product set up and database management
- Working with Purchasing and Warehouse teams to coordinate sales orders
- Updating monthly sales reports
- Day to day tasks assisting the product development and management team as needed
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 1-2+ years related experience or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or similar preferred
- Must have strong computer and analytic skills with a mastery of all Office platforms including Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as Google Docs and Drive
- A passion for animals and/or health and wellness is a plus!
