Position Summary:Individual will be heavily involved with
the configuration and build of the Ralph Lauren – Wholesale Digital Commerce
Platform for (B2B, CRM & Sales Force Automation tools).The
B2B Support Analyst, provides day to day operational support as required with a
mindset of continuous improvement.
Ensure daily operation, development & maintenance of the platform
along with executing various needs from business partners & the wholesale
customer base is manged. You will build on key relationships and act as a conduit
between Ralph Lauren (RL) Global Information Technology teams and key business
stakeholders in wholesale, B2B and SAP areas. Required to follow professional
IT and global standards while delivering a high level of quality and customer
satisfaction. The responsibilities and typical activities of the B2B Analyst will include,
but are not limited to the following:Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) - this aspect of the position will require the
analyst to set up and maintain a customer database within the Salesforce
platform and ensure alignment to SAP customer masterResponsible
for updating CRM tool to accommodate user needs for attribute assignment,
filtering, documenting, tasking, etc. … B2B
& Sales Automation: Product Catalog Management – responsible for monitoring
data & photo integrity of product. Must ensure product that is complete is
online and available to sell, while removing product that is not complete &
assigning responsible parties for data completion. Must ensure product aligns
with seasonal business calendars (seasonal launches).Partner
with Merchandising, Sales, and the Category Teams to ensure correct seasonal inventory
representation and bundling of products for marketing purposesPrioritize
documentation of all new platform incidents and developments Perform
general website administrator duties; periodic testing of the site and trouble
shoot any issues with SAP interfacesPartnering
with the SAP/ EDI team to ensure all order management functions are processing
as expected (order review and creation, pricing, inventory etc.)Onboard
new customers using the tool, assigning log in credentials etc. Be
first point of contact for any customer issues with the systemInterface
with Buyers and RL Account Executives on, training questions or determining
technical incidents to be addressedInventory
Management- working with the SAP team on monitoring and managing site inventory
(Real time ATS vs future pre-book/market buys)Partner
with RL IT teams on system incidents or enhancementsVirtually
help support teams and/or projects from initial scope through executionEnable and drive consistency in tools and
processes across categories and functionsProjects
may include the launch of additional applications to elevate platform offering,
digital catalogs, assortment planning tools, seasonal initiatives, and product
updates

Knowledge
and/or Key Competencies preferred:Must
possess top level interpersonal and facilitation and project management skills
in a dynamic environmentStrong
working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)Graphic
design tool experience a plusWorks
well within all levels of the organizationProven ability to remain organized while
managing multiple competing priorities Strong
