Job Responsibilities

• Assisting Captain Servers with a section of tables to create an unparalleled dining experience for each guest that generates loyalty with Austin Locals as well as hotel guests.
• Responsible for Back of The House prep for service
• Ability to work well with little supervision
• Ability to expedite food and ensure Captains maintain a presence on the floor
• The ability to communicate clear and concise direction
• Maintaining a clean and stocked Back of The House to support the needs of guest
• Working in a team environment to ensure the overall success of The Driskill Grill

Qualifications

• 1+ years of fine dining experience preferred
• The ability to stand for long periods of time
• Highly knowledgeable of food and food preparations
• Knowledge of basic allergies and dietary restrictions
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends, and holidays
