POSITION OBJECTIVE

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Executes Workload and distributes tasks to support the Customer experience

  • Merchandises fixtures according to presentation guidelines
  • Executes and maintains store visual presentation standards
  • Assist in freight processing / receiving operations in accordance with company best practices
  • Maintains store pricing / signage in accordance with guidelines.
  • Follows Company best practices and participates in Company programs.
  • Replenishes sales floor following capacity and sizing guidelines

Models a Customer First approach to drive sales

  • Delivers the highest level of Customer Service through effective problem solving
  • Accurately and efficiently processes Customers' requests and transactions.
  • Engages with Customers to identify specific needs

Supports store Operations to drive the business

  • Maintains all back-stock areas according to best practices.
  • Conducts prices changes, call backs, transfers, inventory tasks
  • Maintains fitting room, sales floor, and work areas to Company standards.
  • • Implements product protection and loss prevention programs.
  • May be required to execute store opening/closing/overnight procedures on a regular basis as a key holder
  • Completes other Duties as assigned, which may include, but are not limited to: fitting room, housekeeping duties, stock room organization, and other tasks as assigned
  • Assists Customers with selection of appropriate merchandise

Trains Associates to maximize performance

  • Provides timely feedback on sales floor operations to Outlet Store Manager
  • Trains Sales Associates on selling floor operations and best

QUALIFICATIONS

required

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
  • Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • Adherence to Company policies and procedures
  • Regular attendance is required.
  • 18 years of age or older

preferred

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service or other similar work with the public
  • Prior experience working with a team

special requirements

  • Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving about the store. Physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds on an occasional frequent basis Greater than 50 pounds = 1 Associate per 50 pounds
