Job Description

The Hilton 2018 Corporate Summer Internship Program will offer current students a unique opportunity to gain real world experience at our Hilton Reservations and Customer Care headquarters in Dallas, TX. The intent of this program is to develop the business leaders of tomorrow. Interns will work directly with the senior leaders as well as participate in practical learning workshops.

The Project Management Intern will complete a ten (10) week internship program from June 4-August 10, 2018. At the end of the internship program, the Intern will be expected to share a presentation with Hilton leadership outlining the outcomes achieved during the program. The Intern directly supports ResMax business development for Hilton Reservations and Customer Care, focusing on project management and supporting the launch of a program designed to create an education and awareness campaign. The intern will assist in coordinating coaching emails, webinars, developing an online connect group, and any additional identified resources.

What you will be doing:

  • You will work with Hilton's ResMax team to support the launch of the Americas ResMax Champion Program, an education and awareness campaign.
  • You will assist in coordinating coaching emails, webinars, developing an online connect group, and additional resources.
  • You will recommend new ideas and apply intellectual curiosity in daily tasks.
  • You will work with team members of all levels to complete daily tasks, share best practices and knowledge, and follow-up and escalate issues appropriately.

Your skillset:

  • You are pursuing a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  • You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • You have experience with WebEx or SharePoint.
  • You have excellent organizational skills.
  • You can work independently with minimal supervision on specific projects and deliver results within agreed timeframe.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills as well the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.

Extra credit:

  • You have strong project management skills
