About this job

The Front Desk Manager is responsible for exceptional guest sales and service at the front desk. We have fantastic systems which help you lead your team to success.  You are responsible to help the General Manager execute all standards, provide an exceptional guest experience and support your teams in achieving your goals.  The Front Desk Manager must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends and be skilled at supporting the General Manager with developing an excellent team. They will execute all tasks and systems to support the efficient delivery of guest satisfaction throughout the day. This includes sales and reservations via phone and in person, guest check in and out, guidance for guests in dining and directions, and the commitment to consistently wowing our guests with the quality of your service and our award winning hotels. The Front Desk Manager will train new team members and be expected to work unscheduled shifts when there is a need. The position is hourly and eligible for overtime.
