The Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Member Accounting team is responsible for managing nearly $1 billion dollar loan portfolio; and bills and collects over $430 million in annual dues on behalf of the condo associations that it supports. This position processes Member payments and assists Account Servicing team with overflow of incoming DVC Member calls. Primary responsibilities include communication with internal partners to identify any questions or problems with accounts; processing cash receipts for escrow, loan and dues payments including maintenance of auto-pay accounts and lockbox; and customer service responsibilities when handling overflow calls. This is a part-time role.
