The Analyst, Global Operations & Strategy is responsible for providing critical support in managing global information related to business, economic and strategic trends, which aids the Head of Global Operations (GM&S), and other Ralph Lauren senior leaders to execute global business strategies. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: macroeconomic analysis, market research, preparation of business cases and preparation of quarterly reports. Provide business case analysis and support for implementation and execution of cross-divisional projects Conduct internal and external research to support business strategies by: company, country, economic, industry, regional Assist Production and Operations teams in identifying processes and/or cost savings opportunities that drive efficiency and effectiveness Participate in ad hoc projects, providing analysis to assist in decision making process

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics or Finance
  • 3 years of related experience
  • Manufacturing/operations strategy experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and function in a complex global organization
  • Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be self-motivated/self-starter
