Position Purpose and Scope:

Support the creation development of seasonal campaigns for assigned brands through the Agency. Collaborate with the Chaps/PFS Brand Studio team to develop quality 360 concepts and assets that interpret client's vision and are true to the Ralph Lauren brand. Key Responsibilities

  • The main role is to support the Chaps/PFS Senior Director of Brand Creative
  • Working on retail and wholesale on digital, print and social for Chaps and PFS
  • Working from the brief with a copywriter and other members of the creative team
  • Concept, develop and launch PFS marketing site and seasonal creative updates
  • Create, design and implement monthly email campaigns (20-30 monthly)
  • Build and nurture close relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as talent
  • Execute and present seasonal shoot concepts to the leadership teams
  • Lead and oversee several creative teams, props, stylists, producers, digital developers and production artists (staff and freelance) in the execution of creative briefs for each project
  • Research, recruit and commission photographers, artists and film-makers to work on projects
  • Scout, visit and assess locations for photo and video shoots, work on seasonal set design
  • Oversee, guide and inspire Associate Designers
  • To create exceptional, cut-above-the-rest social media designs and creative assets
  • Manage social media accounts
  • Able to lead brainstorms to gather concepts for content and campaigns
  • Able to direct photo and video shoots, including prop selection and art direction on set
  • Designs decks and presentations for client meetings, proposals, and pitches
  • Follows brand guidelines and evolves new styles based on guidelines

Requirements• A strong understanding of creative design

  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Confidence when presenting concepts to teammates and clients
  • Thinks innovatively when concepting and designing to create compelling and unique content for brands
  • Fashion and photography knowledge a plus
  • Video experience a plus
