Title
Spring 2018 Intern – Home Artist Collaborations
Responsibilities
- Manages departmental tasks such as creating and updating seasonal packs, sample management, running reports, filing and logging
- Research new artists seasonally for each class
- Communicate between buying team each season to ensure artist collaborations are represented
- Maintain relationships between artists and any administrative needs (invoices, agreements, wire transfers, logos, approvals on products)
Qualifications
- Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and seasons
- Must have strong communication skills both written and verbally to effectively coordinate collaboration between buying team and artists
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize projects and multitask
- Detail oriented
- Creative thinker
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Retail experience preferred
- Requires knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of product design process
Education
Bachelor's Degree with a background in Graphic Design, Product Design, Photography, Fine Art, Fashion Design, or similar discipline preferred.
