Job Description

Supervise Kid's Club Attendants, Activity Leaders, Camp Counselors and seasonal staff.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in setting up, attending and break down of major Member events ( i.e. Easter Carnival, Halloween Carnival, Back to School Party, Photos with Santa, etc.).
  • Aid in setting up weekly events (i.e. family nights, movies, s'mores, activity rooms, pool activities, etc.)
  • Assist with the operation and daily supervision of summer camp programs including attendance at all off property field trips.
  • Must maintain current CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • Monitor and assist with all children's activities that are apart of the Kid's Club programming.
  • Assist with the practices, clinics, meets and social events associated with our Barton Creek Swim Team.
  • Aid in the setup & breakdown of all corporate teambuilding activities.
  • Monitoring of Kids Club and Family Night supply levels, which includes an inventory of games, crafts, and office supplies. Communicate low supply levels to the Director of Recreation for re-ordering.
  • Assist with the operation and daily supervision of Holiday Lights & Ice skating rink.

Qualifications

  • Prior supervisory experience required.
  • Prior daycare or camp counselor experience preferred.
  • Ability to teach, develop, and motivate others.
  • Must be able to work some evenings, weekends and holidays.
