Sous chefs needed to manage the kitchen, reporting to the head chef, overseeing the preparation and cooking of food at restaurants, diners, and other operations where guest can get excellent food & beverage service. ... When the head chef is away, the sous chef is in charge. Were looking for a professional who is dedicated to food quality and sets high standards for their output. Job Requirements

Must have at least 2yrs of culinary experience and kitchen management. Great communication skills, must be able to work weekends, holidays and AM and PM shifts. Good leadership skills, able to work a computer, process food ordering while maintaining a budget and inventory.
