Responsibilities

Global Security is looking for a Project Manager, Global Security Technology to be responsible for planning, coordinating, costing, and scheduling all capex and opex that drive security technology projects. The PM will manage each project's lifecycle, including proposals, awarding, design, installation, implementation, commissioning and closeout.

Areas of responsibility include:

  • Identify the detailed work requirements and necessary stakeholder involvement.
  • Coordinate system design architecture and engineering activities including necessary job walks.
  • Partner with related system product managers to validate proposal drawings, designs, material lists, etc.
  • Initiate procurement procedures for identification and selection of necessary hardware, software, value added retailers, integrators, etc.
  • Coordinate site preparation activities.
  • Track Key performance indicators and service level agreements.
  • Supervise one Coordinator over all procurement processes, including the accuracy of all quotes, as-built documentation, and invoicing.
  • Build contingency plans and communicate decision points for leadership consideration.
  • Supervise on-site installation, programming, testing, and training documentation.
  • Coodinate final project acceptance and handover to business owners.
