Basic Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the EP & Art Director on any creative questions/concerns to ensure that the final quality and continuity of episodes, and that the appropriate information is relayed to the overseas studios and TDs
  • Sits in all creative Post discussions: assists in locking the episode to length, calls retakes, prioritizes notes to stay within allocated allotment of retakes, and implements retakes follow up/reference materials
  • Coordinates with the Production Management, animators, storyboard revisionists, timers, and TDs by managing work deadlines and communicating each episode's assignments/needs

  • Review all retakes and reference materials prior to shipment to overseas production studio or providing to TDs, taking proper measure to delegate fixes if materials are not properly prepared
  • Receives approvals from Art Director and EP
  • Revises any retakes materials and implements required fixed and changes prior to the overseas shipment or providing to TDs

  • Assist EP in providing Directors and storyboard teams technical feedback as it pertains to Post
  • Implement legal, S&P, and executive notes during Post
  • Responsible for reporting to the LP on any approaching creative, pipeline and staffing concerns, to avoid any negative impact on schedule, budget, and deliveries of episodes
