Internship Eligibility

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization

  • Must provide own transportation to/from work

Responsibilities

This role will be part of our Digital Experience team in Orlando and will work with the Product teams focused on Food & Beverage Digital Guest Experience and the Digital Cast Experience. This individual will aid the team with documentation, industry research, reporting/analytics, project logistics, testing, and general coordination of feature launches/enhancements.

This individual will be a high energy self-starter, demonstrate a willingness to jump in, and possess excellent multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain project documentation
  • Assist with setting up new offerings such as food & beverage events & reservations in digital channels
  • Support feature launches/enhancements
  • Pull analytics data and maintain historical files
  • Assist with project logistics including, but not limited to, coordinating meetings and supporting operational execution
  • Maintain and update industry research repositories
