Job Summary

The Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort is looking for Full-Time (AM) Housekeeping / Housepersons!

As Housekeeping / Houseperson you will be making sure our wonderful Housekeepers have all the supplies they need to restock and clean the Resort Suites. You will drive a van around to different parts of our beautiful property and restock linen closets, housekeeping carts with linens, soaps, pens, etc.

• You must have a current Arizona Driver's License *

• Shifts are within the hours of (7:30am - 4 or 4:30p) ability to work weekends and holidays is required.

Right now if hired you will receive a $500 Sign On bonus (paid in two installments after 90 and 180 days of employment).

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Houseperson, you will be responsible for restocking, cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests in the hotel continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Clean designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
• Perform tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
• Greet guests in a friendly manner
• Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
• Stock and maintain supply rooms, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (for example: mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.), as needed
• Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms, as needed
• You will be lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs throughout your shift
