Build a Team

Do you want to develop and maintain a high performance revenue management team?

As Sr Director, Revenue Management, you'll lead the evolution of a team from individual contributors to a cohesive high performing team. How will that team work out? It's up to you. You'll be establishing performance expectations and objectives, and reinforcing them with measurement and calibration tools. You'll be empowering associates to improve their own performance, all while setting learning and development expectations for your team, and driving program performance.

Make the Revenue Management Program Your Own

It's on you to set performance goals at the property and program level, and to implement the strategies that will reach and outstrip them.

You'll mature the revenue management program support structure, reporting, and tools needed to deliver best-in-class practices.

You'll craft an ongoing cycle of hotel and portfolio performance reviews, and make certain that the revenue management program is attracting high value hotels. What sort of growth and retention strategies will you cook up?

Customer Focus and Collaboration

You'll be working closely with our corporate business leaders to ensure that we deliver the revenue management performance needed to achieve corporate strategy goals.

You'll ensure that the program is attracting the right hotels, and that it is delivering value and performance to hotel leadership and ownership.

Education, Experience, Knowledge

  • A Bachelors or Master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. MBA preferred (or work towards one) or equivalent years of experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in pricing & revenue management, business and data analysis, financial analysis, and a minimum of 3 years in a Director position
  • Experience with revenue management in an airline, hotel or retail environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of pricing and revenue management systems, practices and emerging technologies
