Position Summary

As a member of the Minute Clinic Epic Reporting Team you will be responsible for the design, development and

delivery of data and reporting solutions. You will collaborate with IT, analytics, and business partners from across the organization to prototype and automate new reports.

You will enable data-driven decision-making and identify insights that advance Minute Clinic's strategic goals. Your experience will include translating business needs

into reporting solutions using SQL queries, Tableau, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). In this exciting role, you will design reports and conduct rigorous analyses of Epic Data to deliver findings for business and clinical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading teams in delivery of complex projects.

Experience mentoring more junior level resources, sharing data management principles and providing feedback to ensure quality work product.

Strong understanding of Minute Clinic's clinical and business operations and how these activities are reflected in the data.

Understanding of Minute Clinic's strategic goals and the ability to question and refine requirements to ensure alignment.

Demonstrated leadership in identifying, assessing and resolving complex business problems/issues/risks and facilitating issue resolution and risk mitigation.

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills

Ability to interact with and influence decision-making by non-analytical business audiences.

  • Strong personal organizational skills

Required Qualifications

7 years' experience working with Microsoft SQL server to develop reporting workflows thru SQL queries/procedures, SSIS, and SSRS.

7 years' experience with data warehouse design and development in support of healthcare reporting and analyses.

7 years' experience working in a professional services environment to develop reports to meet the needs of internal clients.

7 years' experience with project management for reporting initiatives. Including: planning, requirements definition, design, build, and deployment.

7 years' experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint)

3 years' experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau and Microstrategy)

3 years' experience with ambulatory health or hospital electronic health records, clinical, ancillary systems, and administrative systems

3 years' experience of developing reports from Epic data (Clarity and Caboodle). Must be Epic certified in EPIC Clarity Data Model – EPIC Care Ambulatory
