As a Digital Product Manager you will develop digital products, define requirements and manage digital product features for CVS Health's online Pharmacy and health digital tools, along with deliver to market and support the market readiness and adoption strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage product life-cycle, including scope, business requirements and go-to-market strategy.
  • Continuous monitoring and analysis of product efficacy; strategic planning, research, and recommendation of future product enhancements.
  • Internal and external promotion/evangelism of product road-map.
  • Develop business requirements for the enterprise digital pharmacy products.
  • Drive the scoping and definition process for new digital product concepts including business case, product specifications and prototyping.
  • Manage product road-map deliverables.
  • Optimize and ensure superior member experience.
  • Work closely with IT, UX, pharmacy operations, legal, marketing, customer service, PR, and executive teams to bring products to market, develop and grow business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical, creative and business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate product implementations Support go-to-market planning and engagement to gain successful product adoption.
  • Work with appropriate partners to extend pharmacy solutions across all appropriate digital channels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strategic approach to problem resolution as well as the ability to develop and communicate a sound plan.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and project management counterparts to deliver products/services.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Ability to be decisive in ambiguous situations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a product development/management role within a digital setting, including at least 2+ years developing products in an agile environment.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience taking on end-to-end product ownership and successfully delivering results in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • 3+ years of quantitative skills with the ability to link product design and features to strategic objectives while using hard data and metrics to substantiate assumptions and recommendations.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience collaborating, exemplifying interpersonal and leadership qualities while utilizing excellent written, verbal and presentation skills to present findings to a variety of internal and external audiences in order to influence senior executives.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a deadline-driven corporate environment, where attention to detail, and the ability to multitask/prioritize a workload of competing priorities.
