Preferred Qualifications
Specialty Pharmacy and Management experience
Required Qualifications
Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
Active licensure as a practicing pharmacist in Oregon.
Familiar with JCAHO standards, State, and Federal regulations.
Ability to work effectively with minimal direction and as part of interdisciplinary team
