As a Senior Product Manager on our Digital Personalization team, you will focus on customer facing loyalty initiatives within Personalization and work closely with colleagues across the Retail and Digital organizations to help define the digital roadmap to address customer needs and support business unit and initiative priorities. Your scope of responsibilities will include high business value projects that require a strong understanding of mobile app capabilities and insight into the retail customer. With a focus on Personalization and Loyalty, this role will be responsible for developing digital products across mobile app and web.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key team members to define the product vision, strategy, roadmap and supporting metrics required to deliver and enhance a best-in-class digital experience
  • Support the development of Personalization product strategy for annual planning and product roadmap development
  • Set direction and create business requirements, identify information needed to make business decisions and work plans to meet business goals
  • Drive the scoping and definition process for new digital product concepts including business case, product specifications and prototyping
  • Manage the broader relationship with IT and Project Management to ensure the support and staffing for your product pipeline
  • Build business case development and quantification of results
  • Work with development, UX, retail business teams, legal, marketing, customer service and leadership teams to bring products to market, optimize business opportunities
  • Collaborate with project management, technical, creative and business partners to ensure timely and accurate product implementations
  • Work with adoption team to develop and execute go-to-market plans
  • Conduct and ensure thorough testing of products prior to launch
  • Support deployments, including overnight deployments, and production validation needed for projects
  • Conduct product and competitive research and analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years in retail, e-commerce/e-business, and/or innovation preferred.
  • 5+ years of quantitative skills with ability to link product design and features to strategic objectives while using hard data and metrics to substantiate assumptions and recommendations.
  • Ability to support overnight deployments on a monthly basis or as needed
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills
  • Creative thinking – generating new ideas and innovative solutions to problems
  • Experience with building and deploying digital technologies
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Technical savvy with a focus on continually improving customer experience
  • Proven ability to multitask, effectively manage and adapt to evolving priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in product development/management within a digital setting.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with end-to-end digital product ownership and successfully delivering results in a dynamic and complex environment.
