Position Summary

The Senior Advisor, Project Management will be responsible as the

Single Point of Contact for the overall Quality throughout Benefits and

Clinical Implementations, ensuring Client Experience and Member Experience meet

or exceed their expectations. Present overall Quality Management Strategy to

Key Stakeholders both externally and internally, including executive level

presentations both externally and internally. Work closely with Client

Implementations and various Business Areas (Workstreams) to define, manage, and

deliver enterprise-wide QA processes, enterprise test strategies, and quality

controls across the PBM testing portfolio. Primary responsibilities include

working with the client to understand their Quality goals in order to ensure

CVS delivers to those goals.

This includes:

Indirectly managing and oversight of quality reviews and compliance

to required quality standards.

Working with TCOE – Test, QA & RM resources to ensure schedule, quality,

and delivery are above expectations

Working with various Enterprise Teams, including Business and IT areas,

to develop, implement, and maintain QA standards and reviews to monitor quality

of delivery

Working with TCOE and various Enterprise Teams to Define & standardize Test

Strategy for PBM Implementations, develop End to End Test strategies, and

develop Test Methodologies for Functional/ Unit Testing

Ensuring Test Metrics & Measurements are maintained and reported to bother

internally and externally to the client

Ensuring all Quality Gates are successfully completed

Completing Executive Status reports, distribute, and present both internally

and externally

Preferred Qualifications

PBM experience is desired. Experience with Salesforce.com, Visio, and MS

Project also a plus

Required Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in Management and Quality

Assurance

Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed for presentations, project

collaboration and client meetings

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Power

Point and Access.
