Position Summary

As a Compensation Senior Analyst, you will build business relationships by providing support and consultative services to HR partners and business unit leaders. You will make recommendations around market based practices.

This position will be able to work from home one day per week.

Your key job duties will be:

  • Providing compensation modeling.
  • Benchmarking positions with salary surveys.
  • Influencing compensation decisions in one or more business units.
  • Assisting with the process management for incentive design and compensation plan re-design work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Compensation experience within healthcare, pharmacy or retail.
  • Ability to influence and develop relationships at all levels within an organization.
  • Good analytical aptitude and reporting/metrics capabilities.
  • Effectively communicates difficult concepts and influences others to embrace to an enterprise point of view as opposed to how a program impacts them personally.
  • Technical and quantitative skills, including experience using and manipulating large amounts of data in MS Excel.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of compensation experience OR 1+ year compensation experience AND 2+ years finance experience.
