In this new position on our Specialty Reimbursement Reporting Team you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining analytic solutions to support the Specialty Billing and Reimbursement Team as well as other areas within the CVS Health Organization.

As a Senior Reporting Analyst, A/R Specialty, you will translate business needs into analytic questions, using SQL and SAS to access data and create Tableau and Datawatch dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced technical skills with proficiency in SQL coding (Oracle and/or Teradata), Tableau and/or Datawatch, SAS and Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Access.
• Experience working as a team lead with a proven ability to leverage team resources to support business needs. Ability to communicate technical subjects to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in leading cross functional initiatives and have experience developing innovative analytic approaches

leveraging all available internal and external data sources.

• Proven ability to analyze large data sets and solve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize business requests, focusing on high-impact activities and development of

technology solutions including being able to modify existing tools/models.

• Experience developing, testing, documenting and maintaining standardized outcome metrics meeting diverse business needs
• Experience developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining methodologies for standardized and repeatable reporting for internal and external audiences
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
• Independent, curious, eager to tackle a wide variety of problems, and able to learn.
• Working knowledge of statistical methods
• Prior experience or knowledge of pharmaceuticals or health care industry.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• 3+ years working with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs.

Required Qualifications

• 6 or more months of professional work experience preferably working with large data sets
