Role of the Merchandise Flow Associate

As a Merch Flow associate you are the champion of every style, size and color being represented on the Sales Floor every day! Your passion for filling the floor ensures our customers have a great experience in the store and drives sales.

• Enjoy finding new and efficient ways to do things.

What you'll do:

• Partner with Managers or Senior Merchandise Flow to make sure the right amount of product is on the sales floor and minimize backstock.
• Support product launches (prep and execution).
• Understand and execute the Merch Flow Expectations.
• Communicate product/marketing issues with managers daily.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized stockroom and coach associates to do the same.

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Great customer service skills.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business.
