About this job

The Site Marketing Manager leads a team of associates responsible for implementing the online marketing strategies throughout the site and improve conversion by partnering with IT and Merchandising to improve customer experience. Leads a team responsible for quality assurance (QA) regarding ads for online execution in both staging and production environments. Partners with site analytics team to review performance of past marketing to determine future effectiveness. Works with IT to facilitate bugs, fixes and future enhancements to the site and Oracle working systems. Aligns with Director on strategies and initiatives to maintain a best-in-class customer experience that drives business growth.

1.Manages and develops direct reports including goal setting, training, performance assessment and disciplinary actions.

2.Collaborate with Merchandising, Operations and Marketing teams to develop and implement merchandising and promotional promotions that yield the best customer experience and improved conversion.

3.Oversees creation and management of weekly/monthly/quarterly site marketing calendar across all site pages.

4.Utilizes insights from Adobe Analytics and Merchandising to determine homepage and site strategy.

5.Works with digital marketing leads, site merchandising and product content teams to procure content and images for creative marketing.

6.Leads development of wireframe designs for visual illustration of site design execution.

7.Directs, develops and analyzes content related to homepage, banners, landing pages and content pages.

8.Manages scheduling, creation of IT-related forms (e.g., JIRA) and execution of online marketing.

9.Accountable for 100% accuracy and proofing of internal and external online marketing and ensuring recommendations/edits are executed based on feedback.

10.Oversees programing of assets including images, videos, gifs and html documents for site.

11.Execute A/B test, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI on all site marketing driven endeavors

12.Research and analyze our competitor's promotional and buying experience.

13.Establish KPI's and track performance of site marketing initiatives. Monitor and report weekly on all initiatives

14.Utilize customer and site visitor analytics to make data-driven decisions and derive insightful UX enhancement hypothesis that will optimize the shopping/browsing experience

15.Develop and distribute regular Senior Management updates and progress reports.

  1. Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Design or related field.

  2. Five years of experience in web, agency or retail environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Previous experience managing associates required.

  3. Previous experience managing full-scale digital projects required.

  4. Working knowledge of HTML and organizing and posting web content via Oracle systems (ATG/Endeca)

  5. Skill in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator required.

  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  7. Strong analytical skills.

  8. Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop team members.

  9. Work well independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
