Currently we are seeking dynamic results driven leaders who have an entrepreneurial spirit and value outstanding customer service for our Dunkin’ Donuts, General Manager positions in the Raleigh Market. Managers must have a high level of personal integrity and be able to drive results through continuous employee coaching, sales and profit growth.
Responsibilities:
Managing day to day operations- Controls profit loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
Plans and ensures the professional growth & development of the management team and crew members
Maintains an exceptional level of customer service
Knows and manages compliance with federal, state and local labor laws and ensure the restaurant is completing regular safety / cleaning / operations checklists to guarantee guest satisfaction and inspections
Requirements:
Must have QSR Management / Assistant Management experience in Dunkin' Donuts
Salaried QSR or casual restaurant experience (preferred)
A proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Knowledge of both food & labor cost controls
Techniques in strategic planning and driving sales
Excellent customer service standards
Valid driver's license and vehicle
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
Proven reliability and high personal integrity
