About this job

MUST HAVES:
- 6+ months call center/office experience
- Basic Computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure and manage time well
- Patience, professionalism, good listening skills

This position will be responsible for making outbound collections calls. Contacting customers who are delinquent in the repayment of their loans and obtaining payments, commitment agreements or helping to establish a repayment plan. This is supporting a new profile that is in its infancy stage.

-Contact delinquent account holders by telephone (automated dial-er, manual calls) or in writing to request a payment.
-Provide information and counseling to cardholders about obligations and benefits of bringing the account(s) current.
-Accept satisfactory payment arrangements; update account information on the appropriate system.
-Exercise independent judgment within the framework of established policy to resolve problems regarding any cardholder account.
