Industrial Custodial Expert

Servicon is seeking an experienced and motivated Custodians to join our team in Carson, CA. The ideal candidate will have previous cleaning experience and the ability to work independently to ensure completion of cleaning duties.
 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing daily general cleaning of offices according to SOW

• Emptying and cleaning trash receptacles

• Dusting and mopping various surfaces

• Vacuuming carpet areas in offices

• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms as needed
 

Requirements:

Must be able to pass (4) Safety Orientations in (English)

• Candidate must be able to communicate effectively in English

• Must be able to pass a Drug test & Background check.

• Must have legal documents to work in the United States

• Valid CA Driver License

• Physical ability to stand, bend, and stoop for long period of times

 •Physical ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs

Details:

• Shift Hours: 4:00PM- 12:30AM Sunday-Thursday

• Pay Rate: $12.00/Hr
