Customer Service Representative Starting Pay at $13/hr - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description

Taking inbound calls related to:

Vehicle billing questions
Taking payments
How to use the machinery
How to switch the machinery to a different vehicle
Setting up removals of devices
How to handle a lockout of the device

Qualifications

6 months of call center experience

OR

1+ year of face to face customer service in a higher level or professional role (i.e. server in a casual/fine dining restaurant or manager or supervisor of a store/restaurant)

Pay

$13/hr, will get a raise after 3 months

Shifts

8-5 or 9-6 with rotating weekend shift every other weekend
